We work end to end — strategy, design, engineering, and the long tail of support after launch — because the handover is where most software quietly dies.

We build for the network you actually have
Intermittent connectivity and low-end Android devices are the normal case here, not the edge case. Offline tolerance and SMS fallbacks are designed in from the start, because a system that only works on good fibre does not work.
The boring half is the important half
Invoicing, fee arrears, payroll deductions, stock reconciliation. It is the part most software skips and the part the business is actually run on, so it is where we spend the time.
We ship products, not prototypes
Everything on our portfolio page is running in production with real money and real records moving through it. A demo that impresses in a meeting and collapses in week two is not a deliverable.

Weekly demos, code you own, and a written record of what was decided and why. No black-box delivery and no surprise at handover.

We are based in Dar es Salaam and work with teams across Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi. We work in English and Swahili, and we would rather meet the people who will use the software than only the people buying it.
